Dear Mr. Sadleir,
Last year, after 15+ years in the concrete construction business, we made a decision to shift our marketing efforts toward the concrete repair and restoration market. Because of our hard earned reputation over the years for quality work, we chose to enter this new market slowly and with a great deal of research.
As we both know, there are literally hundreds of concrete repair materials on the market, many of them promising to be the cure-all for every situation. After extensive research on our part, we sampled what we considered to be the "Top 20" products. Concrete Solutions products were included in our review.
Our samples have now been exposed to our Michigan climate – meaning exposure to freeze-thaw cycles of 100 degrees + temperature highs to lows of 20 degrees below zero! We have subjected these samples to severe impact, abrasion and heavy applications of road salts and chlorides. In short, we have worked hard to destroy these samples.
In terms of durability and user friendly application, your products have come out on top! In addition to our research samples, we used Concrete Solutions products on three revenue producing jobs last year. They all came out with flying colors.
