Step 4 - Resurfacing and Texturing with Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete
Once the surface preparation, crack repair and patching (if needed) is completed, the next step is to apply a Squeegee/Bond coat of Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete over the entire surface to provide a smoothing coat and to help hide the repairs. The Squeegee/Bond Coat is applied between zero and 1/16th of an inch thick using the Ultra Surface Metal Edge Squeegee and our Resurfacer Bag Mix. After the Squeegee Coat dries, another Squeegee Coat can be applied using the same mix or a coarser sand mix, followed immediately behind with a broom to achieve the desired broom texture.
