5 Step procedure for Ultra Surface® Color Flake System

Step 1 - Surface Preparation
Step 2 - Crack Repair
Step 3 - Patching and/or Resurfacing
Step 4 - Prime Coat and Color Flake Broadcast
Step 5 - Remove Loose Color Flakes and Apply the Topcoat Sealer

Sweep and blow off loose flakes. These can be re-used later on another job.

Scrape the floor using the Ultra Surface Metal Squeegee to remove any flake edges sticking up, then blow again.

Apply 2 coats of SB or HB Urethane Clear. For indoor jobs only, Epoxy 600 Clear can be used to achieve a smoother finish

Allow to dry 48 hours before opening to vehicle traffic.
