Step 4 - Resurfacing and Texturing with Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete
Once the surface preparation, crack repair and patching (if needed) is completed, the next step is to apply a Squeegee/Bond coat of Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete over the entire surface to provide a smoothing coat and to help hide the repairs. The Squeegee/Bond Coat is applied between zero and 1/16th of an inch thick using the Ultra Surface Metal Edge Squeegee and our Resurfacer Bag Mix. After the Squeegee Coat dries, a Trowel Knockdown Texture can be applied using Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete, a hopper gun sprayer, spiked shoes and a trowel.
